At Baby Guru, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders after $50 USD, because getting essentials for your baby should be easy, affordable, and stress-free.


🕒 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed.
Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it will be marked as “dispatched” and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly and efficiently.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and starts after your order is dispatched. Below are general estimates:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🌍 International: 7–14 business days

Please keep in mind that carrier delays, customs, or holiday backlogs may affect delivery times, and tracking updates may take time to reflect movement.


📦 Order Changes & Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

• If there’s a mistake, contact us at info@babyguru.store within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will reach out to confirm it. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.


Delivery Delays

We understand how important timely delivery is, and we always aim to ship fast. However, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Stock availability

  • Payment verification

If there’s ever a delay, we’ll do our best to notify you and support you through it. Please note that Baby Guru is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, but we will always advocate on your behalf with the courier when needed.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is with the courier, it becomes their responsibility. That said, we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.

If your package is lost or stolen, please:

  1. Contact your courier directly to start a claim.

  2. Email us at info@babyguru.store so we can assist with follow-up and help resolve the issue.

While lost/stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, we will do everything we can to help — including coordinating with the courier and, in some cases, offering a replacement depending on the situation.
